There has been some interesting developments... From a user-centered design approach, a software development philosophy of "build a little, test a little" is certainly appropriate. There is no major "unveiling" of the application after a length of time that the developers have been squirreled away, feverishly writing code. The software development process is iterative, or at least it should be.
