Project Gutenberg is an organization dedicated to converting the world's great documents into ASCII text, called "e-texts." We at the HTML Writers Guild are marking up these documents as either XHTML or XML, with free tutorials provided. This will be both a way that HWG members (join for free) can contribute to the cultural fabric of society and a useful way to get hands-on experience learning and working with XHTML and XML!
